As Executive Chef of Chadwick’s Craft Kitchen and Bar, Pavlop brings a fresh and exhilarating combination of three diverse cultures– Canadian, British and Latin American – to Chadwick’s kitchen. With over 14 years experience, Pavlop’s cooking adventures have taken him from his homeland of Costa Rica to the Canadian prairies and now to Toronto. His objective is to showcase the techniques, textures and flavours learned from his travels while incorporating the vibrant food scene of the neighbourhood. Inspired by these diverse influences, Pavlop has fashioned an eclectic menu which appeals to Chadwick’s equally diverse clientele. Pavlop is also co-owner of local street fair and catering company Puto Canton.
